Working out at home is better.

Working out at home is better.

Living Well

Better than the gym. Yep. I just said that.

Because for certain things it IS better to not throw 200 pounds on your shoulders, slide under the bench press, jump onto the seated row. While all of these exercises are awesome, they can bypass creating strength in key areas. And this can lead to what we call “power leaks”. Areas that will fatigue far faster than the rest of you. You can’t lift as heavy, as fast, as many. You end up sore and beaten in the wrong way.

Working out at home, with little to no equipment provides key opportunities: To create incredible trunk and core stability. To find and address strength and mobility differences between our left and right sides. Taking the time to develop a stronger, symmetrical foundation will not only keep your safer, it will make you far more powerful.

When our doors open again – and they will – you will be unstoppable.

It’s not the simplest task in the world – and so – one of our best experts in this realm – Rob Coates - has shared a gold mine of ideas and wisdom in our Trainer Moves.
