The learning process is individualized, and depends on the frequency and intensity of your workout. However, you will see results from the very first day. The first change will be mental, boxing will change your attitude, mood, and motivation to return. You'll be practicing and improving, while having fun.

Physically, acute adaptations will be the first to occur. They are organic adaptations with the aim of balancing vital functions during the practice of boxing, thus avoiding physiological and metabolic damage. These occur during the session itself or immediately at the end of it.

And second, long-term or chronic adaptations will occur, usually developing over a minimum of 6 weeks when training is repeated regularly.
