Kyle Caissie

I have 13 years of experience in the fitness industry. Over the years, I've worked with people of all ages who have a whole range of goals. I've helped people to reach specific performance related goals, to gain muscle and lose body fat, and to just simply become healthier and implement exercise as a regular part of their lives.
