Please remember that these spaces need to be booked in advance. Read below for details on how to access the schedule and book your time through your app.

How do I book the Private Office or Meeting Room?

Through your Cambridge Group app or online through the Member portal.

  • Book up to 1 week in advance
  • Book in 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute intervals
  • Book up to 2 hours at a time per booking
  • You can have multiple bookings per day, if necessary

Who can book these rooms?

Only Adelaide Club Members are permitted to book our Private Office & Meeting Room.

How do I cancel my booking if I no longer need the room?

Members can cancel their bookings through the Cambridge Group app or Member portal.
