Group Fitness Manager
Zhana discovered mobility training in her late 20s. She was tired of living in chronic pain, which was only made worse by her desk job and post-work high-intensity and high-impact workouts. After using mobility training as a method to reach her own strength and flexibility goals - and getting her splits in the process! - she embarked on a fitness & movement education journey that spun several years and continents.
She left her corporate job after realizing her new mission in life was to grant other people the same freedom of movement she now found for her own body. Zhana firmly believes mobility training needs to have a place in every person’s wellness routine, and is often the missing puzzle piece to feeling GREAT in your own body!
