We don’t offer single class trials, but we’d love for you to experience the Club through a private tour. It’s the perfect way to see our studios, meet our trainers, and get a feel for the community.

The Strength Gym is for performance training. Think Olympic lifts, functional movement, and Technogym rigs. The Build Gym focuses on steady, classic strength progress with machines and free weights. Together, they offer progression from foundation to performance.
