My journey into the fitness industry was rooted in my background in hockey, where training became a key tool in elevating my performance on the ice. What began as a commitment to gaining a competitive edge, quickly developed into a deeper passion for maximizing the body’s full potential through strength, speed, mobility, and resilience.
Over the past seven years as a trainer, this pursuit has evolved into a professional path where I apply that same performance driven mindset to coaching. I have developed a refined and adaptable approach, working with individuals at all levels, from those building a strong foundation to those striving to perform at a higher level.
I place a strong emphasis on the role of proper nutrition as a cornerstone of success, recognizing that optimal performance and recovery extend far beyond training alone. My focus is on delivering a structured and purposeful experience that integrates both training and lifestyle, allowing each client to unlock their full physical potential while achieving sustainable, long-term results.
Training Philosophy:
My philosophy centers on building a strong foundation of movement quality, mobility, and stability before progressing into strength and performance. I believe in a results-driven yet sustainable approach that prioritizes proper mechanics, individualized programming, and long-term consistency. Training should not only challenge you but also improve how you move, support how you feel in your body, and enhance your overall quality of life.
