Personal Training Director & Group Fitness Instructor
Fitness has been part of my life ever since I was young. It began with cross-country and track when I was 9, which later transitioned into endurance running. While in university, I began to teach cycling, helping to further my interest in fitness. And as I got more into teaching, a love of strength training also flourished, as that helped to improve both my running and cycling. To this day, fitness continues to be an everyday passion.
In today’s sedentary lifestyle, keeping people moving – and moving well – continues to be at the forefront of my training philosophy. While I do love group fitness classes, I also love the one-on-one aspect of training and individualizing programming. I look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals.
