Since my high school days, resistance training has been the most transformative activity I have discovered.
I was raised in Japan and was a clumsy math-science geek/portrait artist who felt intimidated by school gym classes. At that age, I thought I had found my niche. It wasn’t until I stepped into a gym of my choice that I learned personal fitness is so much more than being picked first for group sports.
Resistance training completely elevates how I looked and felt in my own body. I was hooked. The artist inside me wanted to use the barbells to carve every muscle to my liking, and the scientist in me was meticulous with learning the details of physiology. I chased this passion of weight lifting into university and learned everything I could about health and wellness.
I continue to be a lifelong pursuer of adaptation so I can become excellent. Now, I am a proud Body Sculpting/Strength & Conditioning Coach. I want to share my expertise with you to elevate your personal fitness journey!
