I help people achieve their fitness and lifestyle goals. As a busy professional, I recognized that fitness and discipline in personal goals translated directly to my career success. I help other professionals define and meet their personal fitness goals so they can focus on living their best life.

Training Philosophy:

Move it or lose it. You're number one asset is you. Investing in yourself will deliver a return on investment that nothing else can ultimately match, like helping to manage and prevent health problems that are connected to a bad outcome, improving cognitive function, extending quality of life, managing your weight (not just for aesthetics but it’s a bonus), feel better, sleep better, get or maintain your mojo, prevent injuries and meet similar-minded people.

When you lift weights, your body becomes more resilient, new doors are unlocked to what you are capable of doing, and you feel more self-confident and safe knowing you are working towards a more powerful you.

  • Certified Boxing Official, Level 2 (Boxing Ontario)
