I've been in the fitness industry for 9 years. Over that time, I've worked with a dynamic group of fast-paced professionals, youth/amateur athletes, and artists of different mediums. 

I've helped clients improve their health to meet the standards of their general physicians. I've also worked with athletes to facilitate their return to sports, helping them enhance their fundamental quality of movement, and increase their overall strength both within and outside their respective activities. And, finally, I've worked with clients whose goals were simply to be healthy enough to get through the workday, pick up an active hobby, and still have the energy to be an active parent at home.

Personal training provides a personalized path to achieving health and fitness goals. It's an opportunity for motivation, education, and accountability.

Training Philosophy:

Training is a commitment to self-improvement and a practice of self-control. It's exciting as it promises growth but can also be intimidating, requiring effort, honesty, and consistency. It serves as a tool to foster better health and enhance athletic performance, yet it's versatile, impacting more than just physical appearance and strength—it's not always a hammer.
