At the Adelaide Club, our trainers work with everyone – from first-time gym-goers to seasoned athletes – to help you build strength, improve fitness, and gain confidence.

Sessions start at $95 and range up to $150 depending on the trainer. Virtual options and partner sessions are available.

Most personal training sessions at the Adelaide Club are 55 minutes, giving you time to train effectively and recover properly. If you prefer shorter or longer sessions, your trainer can customize the duration to fit your schedule and training plan.

Our trainers are all certified fitness professionals with experience across strength training, sports performance, and rehabilitation. Many hold advanced certifications in kinesiology, movement coaching, or sports therapy.

Yes, we offer partner and small-group training for up to four people. It’s a motivating, cost-effective way to train with friends or colleagues under the guidance of one of our expert trainers.

Yes. Our trainers specialize in sport-specific conditioning, HYROX, squash performance, and running. Whether you’re training for an event or improving your athletic performance, we’ll tailor a program around your goals.

Absolutely. Many members combine personal training and the Recovery Retreat to optimize performance and prevent injury. Your trainer can recommend the best recovery schedule for you.
