Richard Casanova

Boxing Coach

I have more than 25 years of experience in the boxing and kickboxing field. Over the years, I've worked with children, adults, seniors, and people with special needs.

I have helped my clients to improve their physical abilities and conditions, improve their self-esteem, and learn a self-defense sport. The workout has allowed them to release any psychological stress they may have, while having fun.

We can be self-dependent on some occasions, however, when practicing boxing or kickboxing it is always necessary to have a professional in the area who allows us to learn and improve the sports skills in an efficient way and without risk of injury.

Training Philosophy:

Instead of working out to feel good, we should feel good when we workout. The rest comes by own addition.
