With over 15 years of experience, my journey in personal training has been deeply rooted in a passion for movement cultivated from an early age in dance, including ballet, modern, and tap.

Working with clients spanning diverse ages and fitness backgrounds, my focus has been on empowering individuals to become stronger, build muscle, reduce body fat, and overcome chronic/acute joint and muscle pain. The most fulfilling aspect of my work is witnessing the progress of clients new to strength training as they develop body awareness and core strength, helping them feel their best.

Training Philosophy:

Embracing the belief that it is never too late to forge a foundation of strength. This not only unlocks the key to a more youthful appearance and vitality but also underscores the potential for transformative outcomes through dedicated nutrition and consistent exercise.
