I have been personal training since 1999 and work with a variety of people who are looking to improve how their body moves and achieve optimal function. My clients range from pre and post-rehabilitation to athletic endeavours like Ironman and summiting Denali.

I chose personal training as a career to help people make significant impact in their lives.

Training Philosophy:

The professional trainer plays a mixture of roles in their clients lives. From investigator, motivator, drill sergeant, to educator and back again. As such, one can not conform to a singular style. We must work with today's settings and also have long term goals in mind.
