Experience: Keren’s fitness journey started with a background in Nutrition and Food Science from Ryerson University. She has both her CF level 1 and 2 and has been coaching CrossFit for over 5 years. She has worked with Olympic weightlifters, CrossFitters, and other athletes to help them build muscle and increase performance. She is currently the head coach of our Strength Lab program here at the Club.

Teaching Style:What you can expect from her classes? Hard work but a whole lot of fun! Keren’s purpose and addiction is to help others discover and realize their potentials and build confidence in the process. “There is nothing that fulfills me like seeing my athletes elevate their quality of life and self respect through exercise and nutrition.”
Teaches Strength Lab:Tuesdays 7am to 8:30am, 6:30pm to 7:30pm, Wednesdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm, Fridays 5:00pm to6:30pm, Saturdays 11:30am to 12:30pm.
