Keren
Chen

Experience: Keren’s background is in strength and conditioning, she has been coaching CrossFit and HIIT since 2013.
Fact: Keren has competed in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting at local and provincial levels!

Tevin
Dennis

Experience: Tevin has been a personal trainer at the Adelaide since 2015 and also teaches Small Group Training program.

Alix
Kell

Experience: Alix has taught at the Adelaide Club for 10 years and has been teaching for over 12 years.
Fact: Alix likes to use a lot of gymnastics conditioning to build strong cores and work on postural muscles to combat the deteriorating of the muscles that don’t get used in typical city life.
