Movement and sports have always been a vital part of my life. From an early age, hockey dominated my life and fueled my passion for fitness. At the age of 10 I was introduced to the marvelous sport of golf where I became interested in mobility and strength (how do I hit the ball as far as Tiger but avoid Spinal Fusion surgery). Personal Training allows me to use my passion for mobility and strength to help people live a pain-free life.
