We all have different experiences that help shape who we are and who we will become. I’ve always been involved in sports, and never really realized how much I had to devote myself to training because I loved it so much! That’s a huge driver for me: Getting you to enjoy the exercise, the process no matter what your goal. I want you to realize your full potential. Recognize that it’s always possible to move forward in some way. Don’t worry about what’s behind you: Be present in the moment and embrace what you can control.
