Fitness has been a part of my life ever since I was young. Starting with cross-country and track and later moving to endurance running, fitness continues to be an everyday passion. In today's sedentary lifestyle, keeping people moving, and moving well, continues to be at the forefront of my training philosophy. While I do love my group fitness classes, I also love the one on one aspect of training and individualizing programming. I look forward to working with you to help you reach your goals!
