If you don’t have your health, what do you have? As a Kinesiologist, I pride myself on being a health advocate and have always been passionate about health and high performance. My sports career from toddler to Varsity Rugby athlete and injury has enabled me to appreciate the body’s capabilities. Being active is more than just getting in your 10, 000 steps a day to maintain your health; it’s about empowerment, being more functional, feeling strong and reaching your goals! I thrive and truly enjoy helping people get from point A to B whether in losing weight, building muscle or perfecting your squat.
