Strength Lab at the Adelaide Club is a XFit style program including a mix of Olympic lifting and calisthenics. The workout of the day (WOD) will start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by skill, strength work, and finishes with a metabolic conditioning element. This challenging class will push you beyond your limits making you stronger, faster, and more powerful.
is your head coach and comes to us from Ottawa with extensive knowledge in Olympic lifting and weightlifting. With multiple certifications including CrossFit Level 2, NCCP Weightlifting, Agatsu Kettlebell, and a diploma in Lifestyle and Fitness Management, Willie is ready to take our program to the next level. He owned his own CrossFit box for 7 years and is looking to bring his knowledge and skills to the Adelaide.
