My mom got me into Tai Chi when I was young, which helped to improve my attention span, health, and balance. I was a troublemaking kid that was often sick and wasn’t good at sports. Tai Chi helped with all of that. From there, I was then able to pick up almost any sport and began leading a much healthier life.

Additionally, as I played sports, I experienced many injuries. Part of this is likely related to the fact that many of the sports I played I simply “picked up,” without having any proper coaching. That’s why I love what I do. I now have the opportunity and platform to teach people in the ways that I wish I would have been taught.

When it comes to exercising, many people have self-doubt and lack confidence, so I help to give them confidence, offering a step-by-step approach. Furthermore, I use encouragement and detailed instructions with my clients to help build not only healthy bodies but also healthy self-esteems.
