I wholeheartedly believe that taking care of your body is non-negotiable. It will enable you to always live life to the fullest. Whether your goals are to be an engaged leader, high performer, active parent, or present family member – being strong and fit will help you do it.
Over the past decade, I went from working in corporate HR to training, nutrition coaching, and teaching yoga full-time. In my early professional life, I experienced the negative effects of a sedentary, high intensity work life coupled with an unhealthy diet. So, I course-corrected, built my expertise in functional fitness and health, and never looked back.

BEST PIECE OF ADVICE SHE'S EVER RECEIVED:
“Use it or lose it.” (I’m sure I heard that from our very own Ian MacDonald when I was doing my yoga teaching apprenticeship).
FAVOURITE WORKOUT SONG:
Ooh, I can’t just pick one. I’ll work out to anything I would dance to. Any 90s hip-hop will always be a winner.
FAVOURITE CHEAT MEAL:
I don’t believe in cheat meals. Okay, okay, if that induces an eye roll then hear me out: as a nutrition coach, I subscribe to the philosophy of developing a healthy relationship with food so that nothing feels like a “cheat”. So, when I want to enjoy a gourmet Boston cream donut from Fiorentina on the Danforth or a slice of real Neapolitan pizza, I really do enjoy it!
