MATT ZASIDKO

Personal Trainer

I was overweight my whole life until I decided I wanted to join the Army. So, I decided to make a lifestyle change for the better and in one year I lost 60lbs in preparation for my Military application. After passing my training, I became a Certified Personal Trainer - and I've been a trainer ever since. I also took up competitive boxing and am still an active Serviceman and Fitness Instructor in the Canadian Armed Forces.

Fitness and health is very challenging nad can be very intimidating for most people. I like to use my personal fitness journey as an example that even if it is intimidating, anyone can do it. I use skills from my formal education, personal fitness journey, military and boxing background to get people as fit as they can be!
