Keren is addicted to helping people discover health and happiness using a diet based on unprocessed, whole foods and a fitness regimen based on HIIT training, using functional movements. She started doing CrossFit 6 years ago and have been coaching for 5 years and continues to do so concurrently with her Nutrition Consulting business.
Growing up, Keren did not pursue any sports, but after training consistently in CrossFit, she was able to transform her life and body. She has competed in both CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting at the provincial level. Pursuing functional fitness has also given her a strong base to explore new hobbies and sports – such as boxing, gymnastics, calisthenics, etc.
Strength Lab is based on the methodology of CrossFit but with more approachable and beginner-friendly movements. It uses movements from a variety of sports – including kettlebells, gymnastics, weightlifting, calisthenics, and applies them in a constantly varied, high intensity training style.

FAVOURITE WORKOUT SONG:
"Mi Gente" - Beyonce ... or ANYTHING Beyonce!
FAVOURITE CHEAT MEAL:
I don't believe in cheat meals because I think all foods can play a part of a healthy diet, just in varying quantities and frequencies. I enjoy some gluten-free Chicken and Waffles at my favourite restaurant Impact Kitchen on the weekends as a treat!
