Much of my childhood was spent honing my soccer skills as I worked towards my goal of playing professional soccer. Eventually, I achieved that goal, playing professionally with Dundalk FC and Drogheda United in the League of Ireland.
Following that, I started training others in 2012. I spent 4 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for U-14 through to seniors with the Louth GAA; as well as 2 years with the Dundalk FC Academy as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Additionally, I worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach to a number of athletes playing in the League of Ireland.
Naturally, my experience as a coach led into my career as a personal trainer. I’ve been working as a trainer for the last 7 years with a focus on general fitness – fat loss, and increasing muscle and strength. My specialty is in helping people achieve their goals, whether it be in rehab, sports, or general fitness, while keeping them injury free.
