Derrick’s fitness journey began as a teenager, looking to get fit and strong. Now, after many years of working out and staying fit, Derrick has experienced the benefits of fitness firsthand. Experiencing the positive role fitness can have in one’s life has inspired him to share his passion with others.
To put it simply, exercise makes people feel better. Determination, consistency, and hard work are all needed to make someone successful at the gym and in life. Add to that the physical and psychological benefits of staying fit and healthy, and you can begin to understand why Derrick loves what he does. He is motivated to come in to work every day because he can’t wait to help people change their lives for the better.
