Personal Trainer, Level III

From a relatively young age, I began to develop a passion for understanding how things work. In high school at the age of sixteen, after going to the gym a handful of times with a group of my friends, I became fascinated with understanding movement and how to develop the human body.

I strongly believe that the body needs consistent movement to maintain good health, and when you cease movement, it begins to have a significant impact on your overall health. That said, the most important movements people should be doing are those that involve the major structures of the body in a co-operative fashion (i.e. bigger, compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls).

I have a growing passion for understanding how to maximize the efficiency of the human body. For me, the most exciting aspect of being a personal trainer is the challenge of effectively getting someone to their end goal. Everybody is unique, and I strongly believe that the key to success is discovering what approach works best for each person. Whether you’re already in the best shape of your life, or your time in the gym has just begun, there is always room for progression.
