Annie grew up as an unathletic girl who loved to eat. She did not find any interest in sports until she discovered the gym, only one year before starting university. In that year, Annie lost nearly 100lbs, finding a passion for physical fitness and health.
After her weight loss, Annie found myself looking for new ways to improve her fitness, and discovered weightlifting. Lifting weights suited her well as she still loved to eat (and always will). Annie loved feeling strong and capable, and she now loves to help others feel the same way.
Annie loves to show her clients what a passion for fitness and wellness can do for their body. Her goal for her clients is to have them reach their goals, and discover all of the things that their bodies are capable of. It is an incredible feeling to accomplish things that are beyond the scope of what you ever imagined for yourself. Whether it’s losing weight, successfully squatting your goal weight, or just being able to go for a walk without lower back pain, Annie wants to help you accomplish it!
