As a child and teenager, I loved playing sports. I played everything from volleyball to basketball and from rugby to dragonboat. It was my love for sports and my constant battle with injuries that drew me to pursue a degree in kinesiology. Throughout university, I worked at a chiropractic office, quickly learning that a lot of ailments could be prevented and treated by exercise. I knew I wanted to take a more holistic approach to training, so I took courses ranging from CrossFit to holistic lifestyle coaching, Olympic lifting to Fascial stretch therapy, and, most recently, became a certified yoga instructor.
My passion is helping people, whether that's through exercise, nutrition, or simply just listening and caring. I think its important for everyone to move optimally with a focus on fundamental daily movements. Your body is your best machine.
