What does Nutrition Coaching look like?

Daily Practices and Habits

You’ll have a new habit to focus on every day. It will be clear, simple, do-able, and tailored to your needs. We spend up to a few weeks practicing that  habit, until it is seamlessly integrated into your life.

Daily Support and Expert Guidance

We review your goals, keep you accountable with your habit practices, and make sure you're on track.

Progress and Results Tracking

We know from experience: Measurement and consistency gets results. We use objective indicators to give you feedback, measure your progress and hold you accountable.

What's the focus of the program?

  • Nutrition: Food behaviours (choices and amounts, timing, frequency, and quality), food attitudes (views, restriction vs. abundance, thinking patterns, and habits)
