Massage therapist are diverse practitioners that will work with you to tailor your treatment to meet your specific goals. All of our therapists are capable of providing deep tissue work; myofascial release; trigger point work; and relaxation focus treatments. All of our massage therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario and can provide a receipt for insurance purposes.
