INSTRUCTOR: LEVEL 4 (EXT. 145) |
|
| Tracy first studied Pilates at York University in 1992, and received her Pilates certification in 2000 with Margot McKinnon and Susan Greskovitch in Toronto. In 2001 Tracy certified in Yamuna Body Rolling, which has further informed her work towards muscle balancing and rehabilitation. Tracy continually expands her movement training by attending a variety of workshops and conferences each year. Included is her study of Pilates Based Rehabilitation, Gait Analysis, Pre & Post Natal Exercise, Breast Cancer Rehabilitation, Pre & Post Hip Replacement, Spinal Rehabilitation, and Repetitive Stress Injuries of the Arms. Tracy’s passion for her work comes from her love of dance and desire to increase people’s strength and ability to function without pain, making work and play easier and more enjoyable for them. |
