YAMUNA BODY ROLLING: Offered by Tracy Frohlick through the Pilates Studio. In addition to private lessons, Tracy is excited to be offering Body Rolling courses to allow on-going classes in a group setting. The classes are designed to teach you basic routines you can practice at home. Body Rolling is done on small balls working from the muscle origin at the bone and on into the belly of the muscle. Body Rolling is effective in freeing holding patterns built up from repetitive stress, improving flexibility, increasing muscle definition and strength, and healing chronic injuries.
