The Pilates Studio at the Adelaide Club offers a wide range of movement training to match your fitness goals including Yoga, GYROKINESIS®, GYROTONIC®, Yamuna Body Rolling™ and of course Pilates.  Our fully equipped studio includes four clinical reformers, a Cadillac, two wunda chairs, all three barrels, Orbits, jump boards and a GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower Elite.

Posture Clinic
Saturday, Jan 14 – 1:30 to 3:30 pm (w/ Andrea)

Would you like to improve your posture? This clinic taught by Andrea Smith will answer your posture questions and teach you about your personal ideal alignment. Learn better movement patterns and great everyday exercises to keep you walking tall. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Reformer Workshop
Thursday, January 19 – 5:30 to 7:30 pm (w/ Tracy)

This workshop is designed for anyone who has Pilates mat work experience, and wants to join drop-in reformer classes in the Pilates Studio. At the completion of this workshop, participants will be individually guided through the Pilates Studio schedule to find the best fit for them.

Mondays at 11am starting January 16 (Introduction to GYROKINESIS®)

8-WEEK YOGA COURSES
8-Week Yoga-Pilates Fusion Course
Begins Monday, January 23 at 3pm

Yoga Pilates Fusion is an approach to fitness that emphasizes alignment as a way to move the body consciously and thoughtfully. We use plank as a base exercise to find our better alignment and engage our core. Each week will have a different focus, providing an excellent opportunity to learn posture and strength improving techniques while having fun!

8-Week Restorative Yoga Course
Begins Friday, January 20th at 11am

Restorative Yoga is ideal for calming the parasympathetic nervous system for when we are stressed and overworked. This class will relieve neck and shoulder tension, aid sleep and digestion, and decrease anxiety.
